- Estimated timelines provided through the platform, email, SMS, phone, or other communications are estimates only and may change due to delays caused by third parties, including government agencies, the IRS, banks, or financial institutions.
- If you cancel your application before submission to any government authority or third party, CONAIH may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund. Once an application has been submitted, all payments are final and non-refundable.
- Once a government authority forms or registers an entity, certain details, including the entity name, may not be modified.
- CONAIH may be unable to assist individuals located in restricted jurisdictions, including but not limited to Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
- You are responsible for all additional fees not included in your selected plan, including legal, governmental, compliance, licensing, tax, banking, and operational fees.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all documents are delivered electronically through secure systems. Physical copies are not included.
- Financial institutions operate independently from CONAIH. We do not control or guarantee any approval, review, or rejection process related to banking or financial services.

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
CONAIH may provide assistance and services related to compliance, tax processes, business structuring, and document support. However, no service provided by CONAIH constitutes a guarantee of approval, legal outcome, tax outcome, banking approval, or governmental decision.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CONAIH’s total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50 USD).
13. Termination
CONAIH may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CONAIH, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services.
15. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

CONAIH may provide AI-powered tools and features for informational purposes only. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

CONAIH may revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
